Role Overview

We are building a new vertical as the business scales to its next level of growth.

This is a high-ownership generalist role. You will own defined workstreams within larger programs, work with cross-functional AI and operations teams to solve execution problems, and turn data into recommendations that drive decisions. Part of the charter sits in learning and development,



alongside a mix of other projects across the business. Scope changes as the business does, and ownership grows quickly for people who can take it.

What We Are Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience. Freshers and pre-MBA candidates welcome
- Strong academic record from a top institution (IIMs, IITs, IPM, SRCC, SSCBS, LSR and similar)
- A generalist who is curious across problems and enjoys variety in the work
- High agency, high ownership, and genuinely driven
- Strong with numbers. Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets
- First-principles thinker with clear written communication
- Learns fast, open to feedback, and humble about what they do not know yet
- AI-native. Familiar with AI tools and keen to use them to work faster
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
