Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Project Head / Senior Project Director with 15+ years of extensive experience to lead large-scale strategic delivery initiatives. In this leadership role, you will command end-to-end execution, drive financial profitability, manage high-stakes executive stakeholders, and scale high-performing cross-functional teams. We are open to versatile leaders from diverse industry backgrounds who possess elite program management credentials.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Strategic Program Leadership: Direct end-to-end execution of complex, multi-million-dollar programs from inception through delivery, ensuring complete alignment with organizational goals, scope, and strategic vision.
- P&L; & Financial Management: Own the overall financial health of portfolios, driving strict budget management, revenue forecasting, cost optimization, and maximizing profitability.
- Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the strategic liaison for C-suite clients and internal senior leadership, managing expectations, steering committee reviews, and sustaining long-term business partnerships.
- Governance & Risk Management: Establish rigorous governance frameworks, proactively identify operational or delivery risks, and implement robust mitigation plans.
- Cross-Functional & People Leadership: Mentor and lead large groups of Project Managers, delivery leads, and technical teams, fostering a high-performance, team-oriented, and innovation-driven culture.
- Process Excellence: Drive institutional standards across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall,



or hybrid methodologies, continuously optimizing delivery lifecycles and operational efficiencies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: Minimum 15 to 22+ years of progressive experience in managing large-scale projects, programs, or portfolios, with a robust track record as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Project Head.
- Industry Background: Open to candidates from any industry background (IT Services, Consulting, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, BFSI, Global Operations, etc.).
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Holders of an MBA, Post-Graduation, or certifications like PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 will have a distinct advantage).

- Core Competencies:
- Exemplary leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational transformation capabilities.
- Exceptional financial acumen, handling P&L; accountability and multi-million dollar portfolios.
- Elite communication, negotiation, and executive-level client-handling skills.
- Proven resilience and dexterity in steering through ambiguity and managing multiple high-priority deliverables simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits

- Offered CTC: Starts from 25 LPA and can go up to 80+ LPA, depending on interview performance, scale of past portfolio managed, and overall profile depth.
