We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Head to lead and manage solar projects efficiently from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

Handle complete execution of Solar EPC Projects

Manage Ground Mount & Rooftop Solar Projects

Project planning, scheduling & site coordination

Team management & vendor coordination

Monitor project progress, quality & safety compliance

Client communication and reporting

Ensure timely project completion within budget

Coordinate with electrical, civil & installation teams

Qualification

BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical / Electrical Engineer

Solar industry experience preferred

Skills Required





✅ Robust knowledge of Solar EPC Projects

✅ Experience in Ground Mount Solar Projects

✅ Experience in Rooftop Solar Systems

✅ Understanding of electrical drawings & project execution

✅ Site management & manpower handling skills

✅ Project coordination and leadership ability

✅ Good communication & problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00-₹1,00,000.00 per month

Candidates must have 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in Gujarat.
