Job Title: Project In-charge / Project Manager

Reports To: Strategic Head

Office/Location: Hyderabad

Main Purpose of Job

- To bridges the gap between procurement, logistics, and site operations. They are responsible for overseeing the inventory, procurement, and secure handling of critical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components, ensuring construction or manufacturing projects run on schedule and within budget.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, categorization, and storage of electromechanical equipment and spare parts. Ensure strict inventory control to prevent shortages, overstocking, and material shrinkage.
- Quality & Asset Protection: Ensure sensitive electrical and mechanical components are protected from environmental damage, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
- Procurement & Supply Chain: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with procurement teams to initiate purchase orders and track shipments.
- Logistics & Issuance: Coordinate with project and maintenance teams to forecast material needs. Process requisitions and issue tools and parts accurately to site crews.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety guidelines (e.g., OSHA, local regulations)



for handling heavy or hazardous electromechanical materials and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

The post holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the HOD.

Skills, Competency & Educational Requirements:

- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a Diploma in a technical field.
- Technical Knowledge: A robust foundational understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components, schematics, and specialized technical tools.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP Systems, supply chain tracking software, and advanced MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, sharp problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience is a must.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
