Role Summary

Support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects. Assist with ensuring project quality, safety, and timelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on project activities.

What Youll Do

- Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects
- Coordinate with teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports
- Support site activities including installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety guidelines, and procedures
- Track project deliverables, timelines, and resource utilization
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical support
- Identify project risks and support corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and documentation

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):




- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in project engineering, project execution, or related functions
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to travel to project sites

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or related engineering software
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Robust organizational and time-management skills
