- Positive communication and coordination skills

- Good follow-up and customer handling skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work with Sales, Production, Design and other departments
Preferred candidate profile
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments for project requirements.
- Follow up on orders, project timelines and deliveries.
- Support the Sales Team in quotations, order processing and customer communication.
- Maintain project and sales-related records, reports and documentation.
- Track project status and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Production, Design,Sales, Dispatch and other teams for smooth execution.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
