PROFILE - Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of software projects. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and organizational skills, be comfortable coordinating with clients and internal teams, and be able to track project progress effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, updates, and concerns.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients, developers, designers, QA, and management.
- Prepare and maintain project timelines, task lists, and status updates.
- Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Follow up with team members regarding assigned tasks and pending work.
- Conduct or coordinate project meetings and maintain meeting notes.
- Communicate project updates, changes, and requirements to the relevant teams.
- Identify project delays, issues, or dependencies and escalate them to management when required.
- Maintain proper project documentation, including requirements, reports, and meeting records.
- Coordinate testing, feedback, revisions, and final project delivery.
- Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and properly followed during development.
- Support project managers and management in day-to-day project coordination.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, IT, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT coordination, client handling, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of software development/project workflows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to prepare reports, maintain documentation, and track tasks.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Web & Software Development.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English.
