Project Associate - Karnataka

We work closely with local communities and micro-enterprises across Karnataka to help build skills, strengthen businesses, and communicate impact. We are looking for 2 Project Associates for a hands-on, ground-level initiative supporting small businesses across the state.

Location: Hubli / Dharwad / Raichur or nearby locations in Karnataka

Openings: 2

Compensation: ₹20,000-₹25,000/month

Commitment: 4 months, starting October 2026

Travel: Regular travel across Karnataka

Possibility: Opportunity to transition to a full-time role based on project requirements and performance.

What You Will Do

1. Enterprise Engagement: Visit micro-enterprises across Karnataka, build relationships with owners, assess their business needs, and document progress and feedback.
2. Training & Capacity Building: Coordinate, prepare, and help facilitate training sessions around business, branding, marketing, digital tools, and communication.
3. Post-Training Support: Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure businesses are implementing recommended changes and help resolve on-ground challenges.
4. Field Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with local stakeholders,



maintain field visit logs, collect ground feedback, and provide updates to the central project team.

Who Should Apply?

1. Location & Travel: Based in or near Hubli/Dharwad/Raichur, comfortable with extensive field travel and hands-on community engagement.
2. Language Skills: Kannada is mandatory, along with a good working knowledge of English or Hindi.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Solid communication skills and a comfort in interacting directly with local business owners and communities.
4. Tech & Basic Tools: Comfortable using smartphones and digital tools for field documentation. Basic knowledge of business, design, branding, or social media is an added advantage.
5. Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and ownership-driven. Freshers with the right attitude and an eagerness to learn are welcome to apply!
