Project Management from start to finishing of the project, estimating cost and tracking budget as well as project progress from time to time, manpower management

Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Manage and mobilise project resources, including labour and materials and Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
- Create and manage project budgets. Control project costs by tracking expenses and making adjustments when required.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project progress and milestones.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Quality standards and environmental requirements.




- Conducting Quality control audits and ensure work meets specifications.
- Responsible for manning of the project
- Responsible for attrition at site
- Responsible for appraisal at site
- Contract labour mobilisation
- Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractors.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Verifying sub-contractor’s bills, supplier’s bills, RA bills & timely release of payments

Experience / Skill Set Required

- Minimum 20-25 years of experience in executing and managing multi - Storey /high-rise Residential/ Commercial Building projects
- A strong skillset in thorough bill checking is essential
- Computer literate in the MS office software
- Expertise in value engineering and cost control
- Familiarity with sustainable construction practices
- Solid analytical abilities to forecast risks and address challenges proactively
