Role & responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end project execution and delivery within the assigned telecom circle, ensuring timely completion, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, quality, and achievement of project targets.

- Lead end-to-end telecom project planning, implementation, monitoring, and delivery within the assigned circle.
- Manage project teams, resources, budgets, timelines, and operational performance.
- Drive project execution.
- Manage customer relationships, conduct project reviews, and resolve escalations.
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, procurement, finance, and other internal ms to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project costs, profitability, billing, and payment collection.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety requirements,



contractual obligations, and company policies.
- Identify project risks, implement corrective actions, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15/20 years of relevant experience in telecom project management, preferably with a telecom OEM.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale telecom deployment projects and cross-functional teams.
- Robust knowledge of telecom network implementation, project governance, and customer management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
