Role Description The Project Architect will oversee the design and execution of architectural and interior projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budget, and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and reviewing submittals to maintain design integrity and quality standards. The role involves regular site visits, monitoring construction progress, resolving design and technical issues, and supporting the project team in delivering turnkey solutions.

The Project





Architect will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal design teams to integrate workplace trends, sustainability considerations, and functional space planning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture, including space planning, design development, and coordination of interior and exterior elements.
- Experience managing Submittals and technical documentation, with attention to compliance, quality, and detail.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of turnkey projects.
- Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or similar sustainability standards, with the ability to integrate environmental considerations into design.
- Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for design, documentation, and coordination.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in corporate, commercial, or workplace interiors is preferred; familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bengaluru is an advantage.
