Role Description The Programming and Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for delivering online classes in programming fundamentals and quantitative aptitude to students at various levels. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials and exercises, explaining concepts through live sessions, and guiding students through coding and problem-solving practice. The trainer will design and evaluate quizzes, assignments, and mock tests, provide feedback on performance, and support students in building exam strategies and analytical thinking.

The role also involves updating content based on curriculum needs, using digital tools to improve engagement,



and maintaining clear communication with learners and the academy. This is a full-time remote role.

Qualifications

- Strong programming skills in one or more languages (such as C, C++, Java, Python) and ability to teach core concepts including data structures, algorithms, and basic software development practices.
- Solid quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning abilities, with experience teaching topics like arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data interpretation, and analytical problem-solving.
- Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and creating structured learning materials, including practice questions, worksheets, and assessments.
- Proficiency with online teaching tools and platforms, including video conferencing, learning management systems, and digital collaboration tools.
- Explicit and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and adapt teaching style to different learner levels.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate students, manage virtual classrooms, and provide constructive, timely feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred; relevant teaching or training experience is highly valued.
