Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end staffing and workforce operations for retail client.

- Handle manpower planning, recruitment coordination, onboarding, deployment, and attendance.

- Manage client relationships, escalations, and operational requirements.

- Monitor headcount, attrition, productivity, SLAs, and KPIs.

- Coordinate with recruitment, payroll, HR and field teams.

- Prepare MIS reports and conduct regular client reviews.

- Ensure compliance, employee engagement, and timely resolution of grievances.

- Lead the operations team and drive process improvements.

Requirements: 5-8 years of experience in staffing/retail operations with robust client and team management skills.
