Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to oversee and coordinate activities across the Cybersecurity function. The role will involve managing cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives, tracking deliverables through Jira, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing regular progress updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate activities across multiple cybersecurity functions, including:
- Cyber Strategy & Governance
- Cyber Defence & Engineering
- Cyber Advisory & Incident Response
- Cyber Privacy & Regulatory
- Third-Party Security
- Manage and maintain Jira dashboards for tracking tasks, activities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress, priorities, dependencies, risks, and delays across cybersecurity initiatives.
- Ensure timely updates and effective task execution within Jira.
- Coordinate collaboration between cybersecurity teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure activities are aligned with organizational cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and objectives.
- Prepare periodic reports covering activity status, key milestones, risks, issues, and delays.




- Act as a liaison between cybersecurity teams and senior management.
- Provide transparent and timely updates on program progress, outcomes, and key issues.
- Identify roadblocks and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes and program execution.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including dashboards, task tracking, and reporting.
- Strong project/program management skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Understanding of cybersecurity functions, frameworks, and policies.
- Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility
- Experience: 6–10 years
- Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech
- Candidates should have relevant experience in Program Management / Project Management, preferably within a cybersecurity or IT environment.
- Willingness to work according to the customer calendar

Pay: ₹133,000.00 - ₹141,000.00 per month
