Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and Telecom projects from initiation to closure.

- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models based on project requirements.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.

- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, trackers, and change logs.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, managing multiple priorities effectively.

- Support project initiation by defining scope, feasibility, deliverables, and aligning stakeholder expectations.

- Track project performance using KPIs and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Maintain transparent and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Conduct regular client engagement meetings to gather requirements, manage expectations, and align deliverables.

- Execute and monitor risk management plans to minimize delivery obstacles.

- Track budgets and financials, provide analysis,



and recommend corrective actions where required.

- Prepare and share periodic project status updates and reports with stakeholders.

- Demonstrate flexibility to travel as required for project engagements.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, leadership, and project teams.

Mandatory Skills

- PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification.

- Strong hands-on experience managing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects.

- Solid understanding of IT and Telecom delivery environments.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, and Confluence.

- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and analysis.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

- Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities.

Desirable Skills

- Prior experience working with global clients across time zones.

- Exposure to large-scale, multi-vendor, or multi-geo programs.

- Strong client-facing and executive presentation skills.
