Role Description: The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Hyderabad, Telangana, responsible for planning,



executing, and overseeing multiple training programs and projects and initiatives within the company’s service portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include defining program scope and objectives, developing schedules and budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

The role involves regular communication with Subject experts, regulatory bodies, corporates, industries & academic professionals, aligning activities with strategic goals and quality education requirements.

The Program

Manager also drives continuous improvement, identifies opportunities to optimize processes and training resources, and ensures adherence to Quality, standards.

- Qualifications: Any degree with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills helps build productive relationships with faculty, students, and stakeholders. These skills are vital for ensuring academic programs run efficiently, meet educational objectives, and adapt to institutional needs. Identifying stakeholders, engaging stakeholders early in a program, and developing an effective communication plan.

Familiarity with IT Office Tools, learning management systems (LMS), student information systems, and data analysis tools will be an added advantage.
