Program Management Intern – Clinical Hiring

What you'll do :-

- Support end-to-end hiring for Doctors & Therapists
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, healthcare networks, colleges, hospitals, etc.
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening, follow-ups, and interview coordination




- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment pipelines
- Track interviews, offers, and joining status
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth movement of candidates through the hiring process

? Location - Indiranagar, Bangalore

?️ Work Schedule - 6-day work week

? Stipend - ₹20,000/month

What we're looking for : -

- Psychology background preferred (BA/MA/MSc Psychology or related fields)
- Candidates from other relevant backgrounds with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills may also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- Valuable with Excel / Google Sheets / Airtable
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and eager to learn
- Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory
