Role & responsibilities
- Conduct UG/PG teaching, clinical demonstrations, seminars, and examinations.
- Guide postgraduate residents, dissertations, and research projects.
- Promote research, publications, and evidence-based clinical practice.
- Provide and supervise OPD, inpatient, emergency, and procedural dermatology care.
- Supervise departmental staff and ensure quality patient care and compliance with institutional/NMC standards.
- Manage departmental academic, clinical, administrative, and quality-improvement activities.
- Participate in hospital/medical college committees and multidisciplinary care.
