- Manage and supervise daily production activities as per production plan and schedule.

- Allocate manpower and machines effectively to achieve daily production targets.

- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.

- Ensure production is completed as per required quality standards and specifications.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Planning and other departments for smooth production.

- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, rejection and downtime.

- Ensure proper use and availability of raw materials, tools, dies and other production requirements.

- Maintain production records, daily production reports and related documentation.

- Identify production issues and take corrective action to minimize rejection, rework and downtime.





- Ensure proper handling and traceability of raw materials, WIP and finished goods.

- Ensure workers follow company safety rules, SOPs and work instructions.

- Monitor housekeeping and 5S practices on the production floor.

- Train and guide operators and workers regarding production processes and work methods.

- Ensure timely completion of production orders as per customer requirements.

- Report daily production status, problems and achievements to the Production Manager / Management.

- Support continuous improvement activities for improving productivity, quality and reducing production costs.
