Shift

Management &

- Production Output

- Execute daily production schedules to meet volume targets without sacrificing quality or safety.

- Monitor high-speed automated production lines, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.

- Assign tasks to operators, machine technicians, and packers on the shop floor.

- Conduct shift handovers, log hourly production data, and report daily yield, scrap percentages, and line efficiency.

2.

Quality

Assurance &

- Hygiene Compliance

- Enforce strict hygiene standards, cleanroom/GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements on the shop floor.

- Ensure products comply with weight, absorbency, seal integrity, and visual quality specifications.

- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) to perform routine line inspections and immediately report off-spec products.

- Implement non-conformance containment and assist in root-cause analysis for defective batches.

3.

Machine

Operation &

- Line Maintenance

- Oversee raw material loading (e.g., non-woven fabric, fluff pulp, SAP, back-sheet films, adhesives).





- Work closely with the maintenance team for scheduled preventative maintenance, quick mold/size changes, and immediate breakdown troubleshooting.

- Monitor raw material scrap/waste rates and take active steps to keep material loss within allowable limits.

4. Workforce &

- Team Leadership

- Supervise, train, and guide shift operators, helpers, and packaging staff.

- Manage worker attendance, shift rotations, leave requests, and overtime tracking.

- Promote a secure working environment and enforce zero-tolerance policies for health and safety violations.

5. Material &

- Shop-Floor Inventory Management

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely availability of raw materials at the line.

- Maintain scrap and trim waste records for proper recycling or disposal.

- Maintain shop-floor cleanliness, 5S standards, and machine hygiene.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
