Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure that production targets, quality standards, safety procedures, and operational requirements are properly followed.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of production processes, employee supervision, workflow planning, and manufacturing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily production activities according to production requirements.
- Assign duties and responsibilities to production employees.
- Monitor production processes and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Supervise and guide production employees and maintain effective workflow.
- Ensure production output meets the required quality and quantity standards.
- Monitor the proper and safe use of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and report equipment-related issues.
- Identify production issues and support corrective and improvement measures.




- Maintain production records and prepare daily/periodic production reports.
- Train new employees on production procedures, equipment usage, and workplace safety.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, hygiene standards, and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements
- B.Sc./B.Tech./M.Sc. in Food Science & Technology, Dairy Science, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production, preferably in the food or dairy manufacturing industry.
- Valuable understanding of production processes and workplace safety.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate production staff.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
