Technical Skills & Expertise:

- Sheet Metal Manufacturing Knowledge: Deep understanding of processes like shearing, CNC punching/laser cutting, bending (press brake), welding (MIG/TIG/LASER), and powder coating/painting/Polishing.
- Blueprint Literacy: Must be able to accurately read and interpret complex architectural drawings, shop drawings, and AutoCAD outputs.
- Material & Gauge Familiarity: Precision in working with different gauges of steel (galvanized, stainless, cold-rolled, Aluminium) and standard hardware integration (hinges, locks, strikes, louvers, Glass).
- Quality Control (QC): A meticulous eye for tight tolerances, squareness of doors/frames, and flawless finishes.

Management & Soft Skills:

- Production Scheduling: Ability to plan workflows, manage lead times, and coordinate shift schedules to meet delivery deadlines.




- Floor Leadership & Safety: Proven track record of managing fabricators, welders, and assembly workers while strictly enforcing factory safety standards.
- Problem-Solving: Quick ability to fix machine downtime or rectify fabrication errors to minimize material waste.
