- Plan and coordinate daily production activities as per the production schedule.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the required time and quality standards.
- Monitor the production process and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, manpower, machines, and other resources.
- Monitor production quality and minimize wastage, rejection, and downtime.
- Maintain daily production records, reports, and MIS.
- Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns to the maintenance team
Required Skills
- Production planning and coordination
- Team handling and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
