To execute and monitor day-to-day production activities as per the production plan while ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety, quality standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily production activities as per the approved production schedule.

- Ensure manufacturing operations are carried out as per GMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR and safety requirements.

- Monitor production processes and ensure achievement of daily/shift production targets.

- Maintain accurate and timely completion of batch manufacturing records and production documentation.

- Ensure proper line clearance, equipment cleaning and area readiness before commencement of production.

- Monitor machine performance, production yield, wastage and downtime and report deviations to the Production Manager.

- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse and other departments for smooth production operations.





- Ensure proper handling and usage of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.

- Identify production-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area.

- Support investigations related to deviations, incidents and CAPA, as required.

- Train and guide operators/workers on SOPs, GMP and protected working practices.

- Prepare daily production reports and provide updates to the Production Manager.

- Support internal, customer and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

- Contribute to productivity improvement, cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
