Qua is a contemporary women's wear brand committed to delivering premium-quality apparel. We are looking for an experienced Production Merchandiser to manage the production lifecycle, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production merchandising from sampling to final product.
- Coordinate with factories, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely production and deliveries.
- Prepare and monitor the production plan, Time & Action (T&A;) calendar, and critical path.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, and raw material availability to avoid production delays.
- Monitor sampling, PP samples, size-set approvals, and bulk production.
- Track daily production status and resolve bottlenecks to meet delivery timelines.
- Work closely with Design, Sourcing, Quality, Warehouse, and Production teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure garment quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing,



lead times, and production capacity.
- Maintain production trackers, costing sheets, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.
- Conduct regular factory visits to monitor production progress and quality compliance.
- Drive continuous process improvements to optimize cost, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Requirements

- 6–10 years of experience as a Production Merchandiser in the apparel industry, preferably in women's wear.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production processes.
- Experience in vendor management, production planning, and factory coordination.
- Strong understanding of production timelines, quality standards, and costing.
- Excellent negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple production orders in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in women's apparel brands or garment export/manufacturing companies are preferable.
