PRODUCTION MANAGER –

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise overall production activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Plan manpower, machines, materials, and production schedules.




- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of SPM machines and power packs.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase, and Maintenance departments.
- Monitor production quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and company standards.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Handle and guide production team effectively.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of SPM machines, power packs, fabrication, and hydraulics.
- Knowledge of hydraulic components, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
- Good manpower handling and production planning skills.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Solid problem-solving and coordination skills.

Experience: 10–25 years in a manufacturing/engineering industry.
