WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION MANAGER

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

Position: Production Manager

Industry: Garment / Apparel Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Weekly compilation and downloading of new POs from Oracle.
- Segregation of POs based on Go-Ahead status and delivery schedules.
- Coordination with Merchandising, Stores, Digital Printing, Cutting and Finishing departments.
- Follow-up for timely sourcing of fabrics and accessories.
- Coordination with Merchandising and Sampling teams for approved patterns and tracings.
- Managing the complete production flow from embellishment, cutting and stitching to finishing and packing.
- Production planning and capacity allocation in coordination with production and department heads.
- Monitoring production progress and resolving bottlenecks.
- Coordination with Shipping for vessel/flight schedules.




- Ensuring final packed goods are handed over to Shipping within the committed timeline.

Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in garment/apparel production management.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and end-to-end garment manufacturing.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage production timelines and departmental capacities.
- Experience with export-oriented garment production will be an advantage.

Location: Sector 37, Gurugram

Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month
