Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production In-Charge with 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment. The candidate will be responsible for overall production planning and execution, manpower management, productivity improvement, quality control, cost reduction, safety compliance, and ensuring timely achievement of production targets.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Proven experience in handling production teams and production operations.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, and shop-floor management.
- Positive understanding of quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.




- Ability to analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

- Good knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

- Strong focus on quality, productivity, cost control, and timely delivery.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
