Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead and manage end-to-end production operations at our FMCG manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Edible Oil, Vanaspati, or similar process manufacturing industries and be capable of managing production, manpower, productivity, quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations at the plant.

Prepare and execute production plans as per business requirements.

Ensure achievement of daily/monthly production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Manage manpower, shifts, production teams and overall shop-floor operations.

Monitor productivity, yield, wastage, downtime and production efficiency.

Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Packaging, Stores and Dispatch teams.

Drive process improvement, cost optimization and reduction of production losses.

Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, EHS and regulatory standards.





Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Maintain production reports, MIS and performance dashboards for management review.

Develop and implement SOPs, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure proper utilization of machinery, manpower and raw materials.

Lead, mentor and develop the production team.

Candidate Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience in Production/Manufacturing.

Experience in FMCG / Edible Oil / Food Processing / Vanaspati / Process Manufacturing will be preferred.

Should have experience handling large-scale plant production and manpower.

Strong knowledge of production planning, productivity improvement, OEE, wastage control and process optimization.

Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Candidates with secure career history and strong plant-handling experience will be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable – Based on Experience (as per industry standards).
