Production Executive – Chemical & Textile Department

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Executive to supervise day-to-day production activities in the Chemical & Textile Department, manage the production team, ensure smooth workflow, maintain production records and coordinate with relevant departments for timely production.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the production team and daily shop-floor activities.
- Plan and monitor daily production as per production schedules and requirements.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, raw materials, machinery and resources.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality, quantity and timely completion.
- Allocate work to team members and monitor their performance and productivity.
- Maintain and update daily production reports, records, registers and MIS.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance and other departments.
- Monitor material availability and inform concerned departments about shortages or requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, 5S and company standards.
- Identify production issues,



delays and process deviations and report them to the concerned HOD.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline on the production floor.
- Support implementation of process improvements and productivity initiatives.
- Perform other production-related activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate – B.Com, B.Sc. or any other relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Production/Manufacturing, preferably in Chemical or Textile industry.
- Good knowledge of production processes and shop-floor operations.
- Good team supervision, communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, production reports and documentation.
- Ability to manage manpower and handle day-to-day production activities.
- Willingness to work in a factory/production setting.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
