Role Description The Production Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end production activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with vendors and internal teams, overseeing material procurement, supervising on-ground setup, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.

The Production

Executive also supports troubleshooting during installation, maintains clear documentation, and contributes to continuous improvement in production processes.



The role requires close collaboration with design, client servicing, and operations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality brand experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to handle schedules, resources, and execution across multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Quality Control to ensure all brand experiences meet safety, durability, and aesthetic standards.
- Candidates with knowledge or background in Food Technology are preferred for projects involving food-related activations or installations.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in production, operations, event management, engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site, manage tight timelines, and oversee physical setups, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, retail displays, or fabrication will be an added advantage.
