Role & responsibilities

- Lead the design, fabrication, and assembly of industrial boilers and pressure vessels.
- Review engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and manufacturing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards such as ASME Boiler & ISO standards, and local regulations.
- Supervise production activities including welding, machining, fitting, and assembly operations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and project teams to meet delivery schedules.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Review and approve welding procedures (WPS/PQR), material specifications, and quality documentation.
- Support inspections, hydrostatic testing, performance testing, and customer audits.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and technical staff.
