ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Production Engineer to own production execution of our machines — from receipt of released drawings through to installation and commissioning at the customer site — a hands-on role for a mechanical engineer who enjoys shop-floor problem-solving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Take over released drawings and BOM from Design and plan the production sequence for each order
- Coordinate and oversee sheet metal fabrication, machining, and assembly activities on the shop floor
- Make practical fabrication and assembly decisions during production, raising a design deviation request where a manufacturing necessity requires one
- Track production progress against the order timeline and flag delays early




- Coordinate with QC for in-process and final inspection sign-off before dispatch
- Travel to customer sites to support mechanical installation and commissioning
- Coordinate with the Controls and Automation Engineer during commissioning for combined mechanical and electrical sign-off
- Maintain production and as-built documentation for every order

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience; exposure to sheet metal fabrication and machine manufacturing preferred
- Able to read and work from engineering drawings and BOMs
- Comfortable being hands-on on the shop floor, not a desk-only role
- Willing to travel for installation & commissioning support

COMPENSATION

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
