Role Description:

This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants to learn how a production company actually works — from shooting and editing to graphic design, production coordination and administration. The goal is to train the right person across different parts of the business and help them develop into a well-rounded creative and production qualified.

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with professional experience. We’re looking for someone who has actually made things.

Your work doesn't need to be perfect or professionally produced. We want to see your curiosity, creativity and ability to take an idea and turn it into something real.

Requirements:





- Based in Kochi or willing to work from Kochi
- Recent graduate, student or early-career creative
- Interest in filmmaking, advertising, production or visual storytelling
- Basic video editing skills
- Basic graphic design skills are an advantage
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently after training
- Comfortable working across both creative and administrative tasks

What you'll learn:

This internship is designed to give you exposure to the full production process, rather than limiting you to one department.

Production · Cameras and Lighting · Editing · Graphic Design · Project Management · Client Coordination · Production Administration The intention is to give the right person a broad understanding of both the creative and business sides of running a production company.

Stipend:

₹12,500 per month

This is a paid, full-time internship based in Kochi.
