About BharatX

BharatX is an AI-powered platform built for tax professionals. It supports GST and income-tax research, drafting responses to tax notices, and accessing laws, circulars, notifications and other legal resources.

About the Role

We are looking for a candidate with a finance background and strong working knowledge of income-tax laws and related literature to join our Business Team.

The role involves testing BharatX, reviewing its responses from a tax professional’s perspective, documenting observations and coordinating with developers to resolve issues. You will also conduct client demonstrations and help address users’ operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Test product features and workflows using practical tax and finance scenarios.
- Review AI-generated research and drafts for accuracy, relevance, completeness and supporting references.
- Verify references to Acts, Rules, circulars, notifications and case law.
- Identify and document functional issues, incorrect responses and usability concerns.
- Share transparent issue reports with developers, including steps to reproduce, expected outcomes and screenshots.
- Track issues through resolution, retest fixes and check existing functionality after updates.




- Conduct client demonstrations and explain how BharatX supports their work.
- Understand clients’ operational challenges and coordinate with internal teams to address them.
- Maintain testing records and share structured feedback for product improvements.
- Support client onboarding through practical examples, FAQs and user guidance.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in taxation, accounting, tax research, tax software support or similar work.
- A finance or commerce background, such as B.Com, M.Com, CA Intermediate or an equivalent qualification.
- Working knowledge of income-tax laws and the ability to interpret relevant legal and tax literature.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when reviewing tax content and software outputs.
- Good communication skills for client interaction, product demonstrations and developer coordination.
- Ability to document issues clearly and follow them through to resolution.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience working in a CA firm will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to GST compliance, tax notices, tax research or drafting replies.
- Familiarity with tax software, AI tools, manual testing or user acceptance testing.
- Experience in client support, demonstrations or onboarding.
