US Product Strategy & Operations Intern The Opportunity: Scale Our US Health Product EcosystemJourney For Health has established an active footprint in the United States, driving modern health solutions and metabolic care. With initial traction secured, the focus is now on aggressive product and operational expansion across the US landscape.

We are assembling a high-caliber strike team to scale our physical and digital product offerings. This is not a passive internship focused on administrative tasks or static maintenance. It is a high-velocity generalist deployment within our core strategic operations.

You will operate at the intersection of product intelligence, growth strategy, B2B partnerships, and cross-border execution. Your operational focus will adapt dynamically based on real-time business needs and your specific core strengths.

Core Execution VectorsDepending on the operational sprint and your placement, your core responsibilities will include:

- Product Intelligence & Competitor Deconstruction: Conduct first-principles analysis of US consumer health trends, competing product portfolios, and user feedback loops. Identify feature gaps, pricing strategies, and positioning advantages.
- Product GTM & Lifecycle Scaling: Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to accelerate rollout cadences for new and existing health product lines, refining value propositions, onboarding flows, and customer journey mechanics.
- Strategic US Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and assist in onboarding US-based distributors, vendors, and commercial health partners to expand product reach and streamline distribution channels.
- Cross-Border Logistics & Operations: Support the mechanics of international product fulfillment, vendor communications across time zones, regulatory compliance tracking, and supply chain continuity.
- Operational Synthesis & Reporting: Act as a critical operational link between India and US stakeholders, translating raw operational data into structured frameworks,



executive briefings, and actionable next steps.

Candidate Profile
- Academic Foundation: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline from a premier institutions (such IITs, IIMs and Tier 1 NITs or equivalent)
- Navigating Ambiguity: Proven ability to take loosely defined problems, build structural clarity, and execute autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting.
- Analytical Rigor: Skilled in synthesizing complex data points—market metrics, logistics figures, or product usage signals—into clear, logical conclusions.
- Skilled Communication: Crisp, direct written and verbal communication suited for coordinating with international stakeholders and drafting external partnership outreach.
- Execution Discipline: High attention to detail across operational pipelines without losing sight of overall commercial goals.
- Relevant Background: Prior exposure through internships or academic projects in product management, strategy, international business, or supply chain is advantageous.
