The PSM - SCF Channel Sales role stands for Product Sales Manager - Supply Chain Finance (Channel Sales) in the Transaction Banking department.

Job Purpose :

The role is responsible for leading supply chain finance (SCF) dealer and vendor acquisition, driving business development for assets under management (AUM) growth, managing asset portfolios, ensuring credit and risk oversight, and generating revenue in a designated region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Dealer & Vendor Acquisition: Lead the acquisition of dealers and vendors in the supply chain ecosystem.
- Portfolio & P&L; Management: Manage and own the profit and loss (P&L;) of the dealer/vendor asset portfolio, driving portfolio utilizations and managing collections in overdue or stressed accounts.
- Credit & Risk Oversight: Work closely with the business credit and risk team to evaluate proposals, structure term sheets, and ensure compliance and adequate risk controls.




- Cross-Selling & Deepening Relationships: Cross-sell Current Account (CA) propositions and explore cash management, trade finance, and working capital solutions within the dealer/vendor ecosystem.
- Team Leadership & Strategy: Manage regional teams, mentor members on sales and risk structuring, and demonstrate solid knowledge of competitor products and market landscapes.
- Secondary Responsibilities: Manage Fintech channels and Business Correspondent channels deployed for on-boarding anchor, dealer, or vendor programs.
