About Workhall
Workhall is a bootstrapped low-code / no-code enterprise workflow platform. We help large organisations model complex operations as configurable data structures, workflows, and reports, without the cost and drag of bespoke custom development. Today we serve 20+ enterprise customers across India, Australia, and the Americas, in industries ranging from manufacturing, food and beverage, construction, trade, and private capital.
Role Overview
Workhall is an AI-native no-code enterprise orchestration platform that brings people, systems, and AI agents together in one place — turning operational chaos into intelligence. We are hiring a Product Marketer to own how this story is told: positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement for our platform. You will work closely with the CMO, sales, content, and design to translate what Workhall does into a narrative that is explicit, credible, and grounded in proof — for buyers ranging from CEOs to CTOs to CFOs.
What You Will Do
- Own positioning and messaging for Workhall's platform, keeping it consistent across the ICP segments we sell into (mid-market and enterprise).
- Translate platform capabilities — AI agents, no-code and low-code building, orchestration across systems — into value propositions for different buyer personas (CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, CHRO), using the Amplified messaging framework as the throughline.
- Lead go-to-market for new features and releases: launch plans, sales enablement assets, one-pagers, and internal briefings.
- Partner with sales to build and maintain competitive battlecards,
and support win/loss analysis to sharpen positioning over time.
- Develop customer-facing proof: case studies, ROI narratives, and reference stories, backed by real data and outcomes.
- Work with content and design to make sure the narrative is consistent across web, campaigns, sales decks, and social.
- Support analyst relations and PR conversations with accurate, defensible product messaging.
- Run ongoing market and buyer research to keep ICP definitions and messaging current.
What We Are Looking For Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years in product marketing, with demonstrated experience marketing SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
- A track record of translating complex, technical products — ideally B2B SaaS, automation, low-code/no-code, or enterprise software — into compelling, buyer-ready narratives.
- Strong writing skills: comfortable producing sales collateral, one-pagers, positioning documents, and website copy.
- Experience building sales enablement material and competitive battlecards.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership on narrative and positioning decisions.
- Data-driven — uses customer interviews, win/loss data, and market research to inform messaging, not just intuition.
Mindset & Work Style
- Ownership mindset — comfortable being the single point of accountability for positioning and messaging.
- Genuinely curious about the product and category — wants to understand what Workhall does and why it matters, not just how to describe it.
- Collaborative — works fluidly across sales, content, design, and leadership.
- A precise communicator — free of hype, credible, and grounded in proof points; this work is externally visible and reputational.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of product marketing experience, with at least part of it in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform businesses.
- Demonstrated experience shipping messaging frameworks, product launches, or sales enablement assets.
- Familiarity with categories like no-code/low-code, automation, or business process orchestration is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Why Join Workhall
- Shape the narrative for a category-defining AI-native orchestration platform from an early stage.
- Direct access to founders and leadership — your work has visible, immediate impact.
- Sit at the intersection of product, sales, and brand — shaping how Workhall is understood in market.
- Bangalore or Chennai office, with in-person collaboration across a close-knit marketing team.
