About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS products to help drive product development and growth for the Pro-Manage platform by Sulekha. The role involves understanding customer needs, building impactful product features, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product features from idea to launch and adoption
- Understand customer needs, usage data, and feedback to improve the product
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Translate customer requirements into clear product specifications




- Track product success using metrics and analytics
- Support internal teams and customers with product training and documentation

Required Experience & Skills

- 2+ years of experience working on B2B SaaS products (mandatory)
- Experience managing product features end-to-end
- Good understanding of Agile product development
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to convert customer feedback into product improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
