We are looking for a Product Owner with hands-on experience building and launching GenAI/LLM-based products. This is not for candidates whose AI exposure is limited to using ChatGPT or Copilot for productivity.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of overall experience
- 2–3 years of Product Owner experience
- Mandatory: 1+ year working on a GenAI/LLM product that reached pilot or production
- Solid Agile/Scrum and backlog ownership experience
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Agents/Tool Calling and Fine-tuning basics
- Experience with conversational AI,
copilots or AI assistants
- Familiarity with SQL/data concepts and GenAI evaluation metrics
- Exposure to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog
- Drive GenAI features from POC/pilot to production
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Design and Business teams
- Define AI quality metrics including accuracy, relevance, hallucination rate, latency and cost
- Lead client demos and manage product expectations
- Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement
