We are seeking a energetic, strategic, and result-oriented Manager – Product Management to join our core NPS Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle—from conceptualization and market research to product design, launch, and continuous optimization.

- Role Title: Manager – Product Management (NPS & APY)
- Experience Range: 5 to 12 Years (with 3+ years in core Product Management)
- Domain Preference: Strong preference for NPS (National Pension System) or APY (Atal Pension Yojana) experience or NPS ecosystem experience
- Industry Background: FinTech, WealthTech, BFSI, or e-Governance

Core Responsibilities
- Product Thinking: Drive end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for NPS initiatives, translating high-level business goals into scalable digital solutions.
- Requirement Gathering & Design: Write comprehensive PRDs and functional specs. Collaborate with Engineering and QA to build highly competitive, secure,



and compliant financial solutions.
- Competition Analysis: Benchmarking existing offerings against fintech and pension-tech competitors to identify and execute on feature gaps and market opportunities.
- Product Design: Partner with UI/UX teams to design intuitive, frictionless user journeys (e.g., portals, WhatsApp journeys, and conversational bots), with implementation of AI to build intuitive journey
- Market Research: Conduct structured research to stay ahead of wealth management, retirement tech, and regulatory trends.
- Customer Feedback Loop: Establish systems to analyse customer drop-offs and support tickets, converting user feedback into actionable product updates.

Candidate Requirements
- 5 to 12 years of total experience in technology-driven product delivery.
- Proven track record of designing digital journeys
- First-principles problem solver with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Qualification: MBA, Postgraduate,

Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute preferred.
- Certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, or Design Thinking are an added advantage.
