About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to build and improve products aligned with business and customer needs.

MBA in Product Management is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from research and ideation to launch and improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, positioning, and priorities.
- Create PRDs, requirements, user stories, and use cases for development teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Gather customer feedback and convert insights into product improvements.
- Develop product positioning and messaging for different market segments.
- Monitor product performance and market trends.
- Support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Present product plans and updates to key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4-6 years of experience in Product Management,



preferably in a CPaas/ SaaS/Software company.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of software development processes.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field preferred.
- MBA in Product Management Mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CPaas ,SaaS, B2B, or enterprise products.
- Knowledge of product analytics and digital marketing.
- Understanding of SEM and online advertising.
- Experience working with product/project management tools.
