Benchmarking & Analysis: Continuously track competitor landscape across Banks, NBFCs, and Fintechs regarding pricing models, Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios, scheme variants, and interest rates.
Market Insights: Identify macro trends, gold price volatility dynamics, and regional consumer demands to highlight growth opportunities for the business team.
Scheme Innovation: Conceptualize, design, and recommend recent Gold Loan schemes (e.g., bullet repayment models, EMI schemes, high-LTV variants, or fee-discounted schemes) tailored to targeted customer segments.
Yield & P&L; Optimization: Monitor scheme profitability, attrition rates, and net portfolio yield, recommending necessary pricing and policy adjustments.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in the BFSI sector (Banking, NBFC, or Lending Fintech) strictly within a Product Management or Product Policy role. Experience in Gold Loans or secured retail assets is strongly preferred.
Domain Knowledge:
- Understanding of Gold Loan mechanics (LTV norms, gold appraisal practices, scheme lifecycle).
- Working understanding of regulatory guidelines (RBI KYC guidelines, digital lending rules, collection guidelines).
