Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager Current Account to drive the growth and evolution of Airtel Payments Bank’s Current Account portfolio. The role will be responsible for ideating, launching, and managing current account propositions and value-added use cases that enhance customer adoption, engagement, and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive acquisition, engagement, and growth of Current Accounts across target customer segments.
- Design and optimize digital onboarding and servicing journeys for current account customers.
- Develop and launch recent use cases, including payments, debit cards, lending partnerships, insurance, and ecosystem integrations.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, and partner teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Define business requirements, prepare PRDs/BRDs, and manage end-to-end product implementation.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, KYC/AML, and internal regulatory guidelines.




- Monitor portfolio performance, customer adoption, and key business metrics to drive continuous improvements.
- Lead UAT, issue resolution, and go-live readiness for new product launches and enhancements.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of current accounts, digital banking, and fintech ecosystems.
- Experience in product management, banking, payments, or fintech products.
- Knowledge of RBI regulations, KYC/AML processes, and digital onboarding frameworks.
- Familiarity with API integrations, data analysis, Excel, and SQL.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with MBA (Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred).
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Banking, Payments, Fintech, or Product Management.
