Employment Type: Full-Time ( Salary offered 20 to 30% hike from the present CTC)

### Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager – Software to own the planning, development, and continuous improvement of our software products and internal business applications. The role will work closely with technology, operations, sales, HR, training, and management teams to convert business requirements into effective software solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap, requirements, priorities, and feature development.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into explicit product requirements and user stories.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and internal teams for timely product delivery.
- Manage the complete product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Monitor software performance, user feedback, and adoption.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Prioritize bugs, enhancements, and new features based on business impact.
- Conduct regular product reviews and ensure timely releases.
- Work closely with management to align software development with business goals.




- Prepare product documentation, workflows, feature specifications, and release notes.
- Track product KPIs and continuously improve the user experience.

### Preferred Candidate

- 4–10years of experience in Product Management / Software Product Management.
- Experience working with mobile apps, web applications, SaaS, or business automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodology.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of UI/UX, APIs, databases, and software architecture is an advantage.
- Experience in managing CRM, booking, workforce management, sales, HR, or operations software will be an added advantage.
