- We are looking for an experienced Product Director to lead end-to-end product strategy and development for a growing Kidswear brand
- The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience across Product Development, Design and Sourcing, preferably within kidswear/apparel
- The role will oversee seasonal product strategy, range development, design direction, sourcing, vendor development, costing, quality and timely execution
- Strong understanding of kidswear trends, fabrics, trims, garment construction, consumer preferences and commercial requirements is essential
- The candidate should be able to build and lead cross-functional teams, develop effective sourcing networks and drive innovation, quality, margins and speed-to-market across the entire product lifecycle
