Key Responsibilities

Architecture &

- Full Stack Development

- Design scalable, high-availability platforms using:
- Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, React.js

- Build microservices-based architectures and REST APIs for messaging platforms
- Ensure performance, scalability, and fault tolerance in high-throughput systems

Messaging Domain Implementation

- Deliver solutions across:
- SMS (A2P, routing, DLR management)
- WhatsApp Business API integrations
- RCS Business Messaging
- Chatbot frameworks & conversational journeys

- Handle message orchestration, failover, routing logic, and analytics

DevOps &

- Engineering Excellence

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins / GitHub Actions
- Manage repositories via Git / GitHub / GitLab
- Enable automated testing, release governance, and monitoring

Customer-Facing Solutioning

- Engage with enterprise customers for requirement gathering and solution design
- Lead demos, POCs, and technical workshops
- Translate business use cases into scalable technical solutions

AI &

- Automation

- Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into messaging use cases:




- Conversational AI (chatbots)
- Personalization engines
- Automation workflows

- Work with NLP models and LLM integrations

Leadership

- Mentor engineering teams and drive delivery excellence
- Conduct design reviews and enforce best practices

Preferred Experience

- Experience with telecom operators or messaging aggregators
- Solid understanding of A2P messaging ecosystem
- Exposure to network elements and telecom-grade systems
