Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Product Business Development Manager in Medical Technology. The role involves identifying new market opportunities in Health Tech, conducting market and competitor analysis, and shaping go-to-market strategies for AI-driven medical products. The manager will collaborate with product and technical teams to align offerings with customer needs, develop business plans, and support pricing and positioning decisions.

Daily responsibilities include managing key accounts, driving sales pipelines, building long-term client relationships, and preparing proposals and presentations for healthcare organizations and partners. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, gathering customer feedback, and recommending product improvements to enhance adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications





- Candidate should have strong experience of raising funds through grants/ investments/ developing revenue pipeline through products and/ or services streams (healthcare/ life sciences/ data and AI).
- Candidates should possess robust Market Analysis and Business Planning skills.
- Candidates should possess Account Management and Sales skills to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Product Management skills, with experience collaborating with technical and clinical stakeholders.
- Experience in medical technology, Health Tech, or healthcare solutions is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant master’s degree in medicine, life sciences, business development or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of AI-driven products, regulatory considerations in healthcare, and data privacy standards is advantageous.
- Strong experience in working with the regulatory approval process is required.
- Occasional travel will be required to represent the company for meetings with collaborators, clients, and to attend industry events.
