We're hiring at Circle Health: a high-agency builder and product person ?

We're looking for someone who builds products and doesn't wait to be told what to do.

What you'll do

- Be the voice of our US customers. You'll run calls, learn how their care teams actually work, and turn that into explicit product requirements.
- Support clients through onboarding, rollouts and escalations, and close the loop with engineering.
- Use AI tools every day to research, rapid-prototype, write specs and analyze feedback
- Own problems end to end: spot the gap, figure out the fix, and see it shipped.

You'll thrive here if you

- Communicate clearly and confidently with US customers, and are comfortable with overlap with US hours
- Already use ChatGPT, Claude,



Cursor or similar tools in your daily work, and can show us how
- Take ownership without needing a playbook
- Bonus: experience with US healthcare, CMS programs, or health-tech SaaS
