Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for Procurement Specialist role:

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM// 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

NOTE: It is a 1 year of Contractual role, 3rd party payroll (Extendable on positive performance)

Role Overview The candidate will join the Global Sourcing & Logistics Service Center and support the Sourcing & Procurement team in handling purchasing and procurement-related activities across different regions.

The role provides an opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management while working with global buyers, business teams, and suppliers.

- Support the procurement team in processing Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) activities.
- Assist buyers and business teams with day-to-day sourcing and procurement requests.
- Maintain purchasing information, including pricing, supplier details, and contract-related information.
- Support the team in resolving basic purchasing, invoicing, and supplier-related issues.
- Assist with processing spot orders and routine purchase requests.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal business teams to obtain required information.




- Prepare and maintain procurement-related reports and documentation.
- Provide basic analytical and administrative support to regional and global procurement teams.
- Ensure procurement transactions and records are updated accurately in the relevant systems.
- Follow established procurement processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when required.
- Work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different regions.

Eligibility / Required Qualifications

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Candidates with internship, academic project, or certification experience in procurement/supply chain will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings.
- Comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders.
